Arborvitae
The arborvitae is an evergreen tree or shrub from the cypress family. The arborvitae has scale like leaves that are soft to the touch, rather than prickly. The dense canopy of an arborvitae tree provides cover for birds and mammals year round.

Spiraea-Goldflame

The Spiraea 'Gold Flame' is easily grown in average well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. It tolerates a wide range of soils. Prune in late winter to early spring. Gold Flame is a dense, compact, monded deciduous shrub that typically grows to 2-4' tall with a similar spreed. Profuse pink flowers in small corymbs cover the arching stems of this plant in late spring.

Concorde Japanese Barberry

A diminuative purple-leaf barberry with deep maroon purple foliage that becomes even more intense during fall. Small yellow flowers followed by bright red berries. Perfect size for edging as a small hedge or for containers. Dense, rounded shrub, slow growing to just 18 in. tall and as wide.

Golden Nugget Dwarf Japanese Barberry

A new golden barberry in an exciting, compact, dwarf form. Displays attractive, non-burning, golden foliage with an orange cast most of the season. Excellent color contrast in borders. Deciduous. Full sun. Slow growing to only 12 in. tall, 18 in. wide.

Dwarf Mugo Pine

A popular dwarf conifer displaying dark green needles on dense branches. Useful slow growing evergreen for rock gardens, mass plantings and in groupings with broadleaf plants. Also makes a great container plant.  Slow growing 3 to 5 ft. tall, 6 to 10 ft. wide. Full sun. Seed grown.
