Northwind Switch Grass

7516.jpg

A compact, clumping grass with excellent vertical form. Olive to blue-green foliage turns golden yellow in autumn. Airy flower panicles produce showy seed heads and lend winter interest. Sturdy stems stay upright, even under snow load, giving protection to wintering songbirds. Good for erosion control.
